30-Day Returns
Orders can be returned for any reason within 30 days from the date of receipt of the order. Items must be returned in new condition, unworn, and in their original packaging. Once you request a refund or exchange, we will send you a return label so you can return the item to us without paying for shipping. Free or promotional items must be returned with the original item to receive a full refund.
Once we receive your return, we will process the refund or exchange and will automatically apply the refund amount to your original payment method. Please note that it may take 2-5 business days for the refund to appear on any bank statement.
For items purchased from third-party platforms within 30 days, we recommend that you contact the original seller first so that they can better assist you. If you encounter any problems, please contact us.
Within the limited warranty
Please contact our customer service at sales@skyraylight.com. We may need your serial number, date of purchase, and a brief description of the problem. If your item needs to be returned for repair or exchange, we will provide you with a warranty application number (after-sales number) and a form so that you can return the defective light together. You are responsible for shipping costs and do not need to pay for repairs.
Please note that this warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, alterations, misuse, disassembly, neglect, accidents, improper maintenance, or repairs performed by authorized retailers or anyone other than Skyray.
In order to provide efficient customer service, please have the following ready before contacting us:
- Order number - the 4/5 digit number after #US
- A brief description of your request, including the problem you are experiencing and the solution you are seeking. For example, "One of the transmitters stopped working and I would like to replace it."
- A video clip that complies with the following steps:
(1). The battery is fully charged and the battery indicator is green.
(2). The process of loading the battery into the flashlight and tightening the battery (this is very important, many times this is why your flashlight will not turn on).
(3). After the flashlight is fully charged, please turn on the flashlight and show us the specific problem.

If your order comes from other platforms, we are only responsible for helping you find the correct contact for your order, and customer service will be performed by the specific person in charge of the platform where you placed the order.
